At A Class Building Materials, we stand by the quality of our supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the materials you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all building supplies are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Arrange for transport or use our provided shipping label to send the items back to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
